Set Brand Knowledge Base

QuickBuzz ensures every article generated perfectly matches your brand's voice, tone, and values. Here’s how you set up your unique brand knowledgebase: Setup Brand Knowledge base popup comes immediately after connecting your website.

Option 1: Add External URLs

  • Under the "External Links" tab, enter up to 3 URLs (e.g., your best-performing blogs or brand resources).

  • Click "Add Knowledge". QuickBuzz will analyze the URLs to create your brand knowledgebase.

Option 2: Manual Brand Context

  • Switch to the "Manual Text" tab.

  • Write a detailed prompt or guidelines describing your brand's tone, key values, audience, and other content preferences.

  • Click "Add Knowledge" to save your custom prompt.

You can use both Option 1 & Option 2 also

Managing Your Brand Knowledgebase

  • Once processed, your URLs appear in your "Knowledge Base" list.

  • Click the eye icon (👁️) to view AI-generated summaries for each URL

  • Click the pencil icon (✏️) to edit the summary

  • Use the delete icon (🗑️) to remove any unwanted entry

You can skip this step if needed, or return anytime from your dashboard by clicking the "Brand Knowledgebase" tab next to the Keywords tab.
